IMXP defines a best-effort (that is, somewhat unreliable), BXXP relaying mesh.

Could the mesh be made more efficient if BXXP supported a communication 
primitive that does not require a response?

If I understand the spec, the response to a send command issued by a relay
only serves to create more traffic.  This is why the spec defines optional
reliability through the StatusRequest method.  Right?
